TDE has been pretty quiet since Jay Rock’s 90059 album from September 2015. Isaiah Rashad dropped a few singles, and Kendrick Lamar recently put on an empowering performance at the 58th Annual Grammys, but other than that we haven’t heard much from the TDE camp.

Earlier this week, Anthony ‘Top Dawg’ Tiffith revealed their [tentative] 2016 schedule for each artist on TDE, as well as two mysterious ‘John Does’ who could possibly be new members to the label.

Both Ab-Soul and SchoolBoyQ’s albums seem the most complete with “sample clearance” and “mixing” written across the whiteboard. SZA and Isaiah Rashad are respectively in the “creative stages”, and Jay Rock is currently recovering from his motorcycle accident.

Kendrick Lamar had a successful couple 2015 with his grammy-winning album To Pimp A Butterfly, and his 2016 seems to be up in the air, for now.

The list ends by teasing the 2017 Possible Release “BH” – which is probably the long-awaited Black Hippy album that all TDE fans have been waiting for.
